We are not responsible for:

• Allergic reactions to materials (nail adhesives, jewelry components, resin, etc.)

• Improper use or storage of items

• Lost or delayed packages once they’ve been shipped

• Normal wear and tear of handmade items

Please review our Returns Policy. Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, most items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.
