Processing Time
• Ready-to-Ship Items (Premade Nails, Jewelry, Homegoods): Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
• Custom Orders: Please allow 5–14 business days for processing, depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that selecting expedited shipping does not shorten the processing time — if you need a rush on a custom order, contact us first to confirm availability.
Domestic Shipping
We offer free USPS shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more. Multiple items will be combined into one shipment when possible to reduce packaging and shipping waste.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.
Delivery Issues
Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers. Please contact the carrier directly with any delivery concerns. If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive the package, please check with your local post office before reaching out.
