Returns & Exchanges Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, returns are not accepted on press-on nails or jewelry — this includes both custom and premade sets.
Custom Orders
All custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photo proof of the damage and packaging. If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Used/Opened Nail Sets
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened press-on nail sets are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Return Shipping
If a return is authorized (for example, in the rare case of a damaged item), return shipping is covered.
